Shanghai Shanchuang Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in mold development for the daily chemical packaging industry. With a strong foundation in multi-cavity and custom mold design, the company quickly built a reputation for technical expertise and precision engineering.

 As the business expanded, the company added a 3,000㎡ production facility and grew its team to over 100 employees. Equipped with more than 50 injection molding machines, it formally entered the molding and export business. At its peak, exports accounted for 50% of output. Key technical strengths included multi-cavity cap molds, thick-wall PETG packaging, acrylic molding, hot stamping, and integrated electroplating and assembly processes. 

Suzhou Brotherpacking Plastic Co., Ltd.  was officially founded, expanding the facility to 8,000㎡ with over 110 employees. The company focused on high-end plastic bottle manufacturing for skincare, haircare, and home care applications. It developed strong capabilities in PE, PET, PETG, and soft-touch bottles, covering sizes from 10ml to 5000ml. In-house processes include in-mold labeling, hot melt labeling, adhesive labeling, and multi-color silk screen printing. 

 To further strengthen its mold capabilities, Shanxin Precision Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the design and production of high-end molds for cosmetic packaging. The company now produces over 250 sets of molds annually, with specialties in thick-wall jar molds, automatic closing cap molds, multi-cavity lipstick molds, and compact case molds. This marked the completion of an integrated production ecosystem from design to tooling to final product.
